Ripoff:
Please people, Do NOT use these guys. They are not even one star worthy. They are going to rip you off. They came to replace 2 ceiling fans and asked for $309 for the labor. Since one of ceiling fans had a little complicated electrical work I thought, I said yes. However the fan was not connected to the light switch we had on the wall and I asked why it's not connected, the guy says you never asked me. So I asked can you plz connect it and he says it would be extra $240. He put the fan blades upside down too when he said it was all done. I had to hire another person to make everything correct. We also had bathroom faucet issue. Its handle was getting loose sometimes and just spins around, but never had a leak. They opened it up to check it out for me and asked over $360 to replace a cartridge. I said I can't afford to pay that much so asked to put it back the way it was. Now we have leaking faucet and they claim it's not their fault it started leaking. I asked why it's leaking and the guy says it probably has been already. I said It dind't leak at all until you opened it up. He says I'm lying and threw his heavy tool on my wooden floor.
Just stay away from these guys.

Not very professional/ responsive:
Our landlord has been calling Dalton to fix our heating issues for the past 3 months and pretty much nothing has been fixed. The first two times Dalton came to our house, they looked at the boiler, said they ''needed parts'', left to get said parts, and never came back. The third time they finally did something useful, but did not fix all the issues we needed addressed. The fourth time they came, they worked on the basement pipes for four hours and the noises in the pipes stopped for a couple days, but later that week the noise was worse than it was before they worked on it. I don't know if they are incapable of fixing the problem or what the matter is, but basically nothing has been resolved. The only thing that they did right was draining the pipes so the heating now works in every room- whereas before, the heating was only working in 3 out of the five rooms.
UPDATE: They came today and actually fixed the pipes! :) And they came on time. For that, I raise them a star.
