I have been shopping at this store since the early 90's. I bought some items recently, and one was a pair of jeggings. They are defective, and will not stay up. I returned them to the store I bought them at, like most people would, washed and with receipt. The manager said they needed to contact the owner, who was on vacation. After waiting over a month, I contacted American Express. They gave me temporary credit, but it was recinded because I wore them. I would not have known they were defective by just looking at them!
Well, now the store will not give me credit and wants me to contact the maker. I will, and never shop there again. I used to love this shop, and I have bought many gifts there....but now I will never ever go back and suggest if you want a nice present, go to Marie Et Cie, on Riverside. They have great unique gifts, and like many stores, stand behind what they sell.
Dana Drugs does not, and they have a really snarky sales women there. (Cashier on Sunday). Take your business elsewhere!
