"A little jewel box" on the UES and a larger one in SoHo are where designer Federico de Vera curates his singular collections of old and new – everything from architectural remnants to contemporary glass; most of the jewelry on show is by this namesake talent, who's famous for his work with rose-cut diamonds, so it's clearly a source for "the most desirable of objects."
