I would strongly recommend NO ONE take their vehicle to this shop... I was fooled, by the owner Eric, to believe that they pride themselves on quality work and good customer service. However, upon the services I have received I would strongly disagree. Firstly, I had my car towed a few months back to have the axle fixed only to be told I would need other work done. He wanted to charge me 3x the cost of parts, that I purchased myself from advanced auto and fixed the small easy things (brakes, rotors and windshield wiper). I did have the axle fixed... Or so I thought. I hadn't driven the car after getting it back from fixing the axle because I needed it inspected and as previously stated I did that work myself. Once the brakes, rotors and windshield wipers were done I paid meineke to install my tires and go ahead with the inspection since all the work that Eric (Dave and Keith's) stated needed done was done. This is where it gets interesting... The work Eric did was not to par, in fact he mounted my axle incorrectly which impairs my alignment. Meineke listed numerous things wrong with my car that were not stated from Dave and Keith so Eric said "bring it back they are ripping you off". Sooooo we had it towed as it was unsafe to drive (yet Eric let us drive this off his lot as complete) like a total idiot I actually had it sent back to the original mechanic in hopes I would get honest opinions and work. WRONG! I am now down even more money because I paid Eric yesterday to pick my car up... Not only did he NOT do any of the work my car was sent there for but verbally attacked me when I called and tried explaining that my car was still not done and what we agreed he was supposed to do he didn't. I had to tell him what was wrong with my car and he forgot everything but my mounts. Pretty sad excuse of a mechanic when he can't look and diagnose the work himself. Needless to say I will NEVER go here again and will take them to court! Its a shame his father ever handed over the business as its all going down hill. Oh Eric, my alignment is still messed up... Thanks for nothing!
