Great experience:
I had a great experience buying my first guitar here. The staff's experience and knowledge were very helpful. I was able to choose a guitar that was perfect for me. I love my Martin! I would highly recommend Dave Phillips Music & Sound.
Rip Off:
Bought a 52 Reissue Fender Telecaster from Dave Phillips Flemington store as a new guitar but it turned out to be a floor model that that was at lest 2-2 1/2 years old with worn out frets. Can not get guitar to tune properly because of fretware. Complainted to store and asked them to repair but they refused. I am now stuck with a guitar that I have to pay for to repair so it will play like it should have from day one. Terrible service. Don't Shop Here! Most music store's will make sure it's customers are happy with their purchase not Dave Phillips. Shop at Guitar Center or Sam Ash they stand by their products.
