Seafood so fresh, the trawlers that bring it dot the horizon and come in to dock at next door Montauk Harbor—though the dining room is a bit more refined than that might suggest. Reservation policy from hell (only day of, after 4:15 p.m.) keeps the crowd as local as the catch. Best to show up and wait for a table. By all reports though, the cioppino alone is worth the trouble.
