My husband and I called to ask some questions about a motor and they treated us like we were idiots. They clearly aren't the type of people who want to take the time to possibly walk you through the problem, they expect you to know every single detail about all power equipment. They obviously weren't understanding the questions my husband was trying to ask and didn't want to make the effort of to try to understand. They asked us questions like, "Do you even know what I'm talking about?" And, "Is it daylight or are you in the dark or something?" followed by laughter and multiple other comments like these. I would not recommend this business to anyone unless you feel like spending a ton of money, being made to feel like a complete idiot, or unfortunately live out in cave junction and can't make it to a better business.
