Argh! NO, NOT HERE!:
Let me tell you, if you actually need your car, that is, if you drive your car daily or weekly, don't take it here, unless you can afford some down-time. LOTS of DOWN TIME.
This was for me, the absolute worst experience I have had, as a consumer, in my 50 years.
It took them no less than FOUR WEEKS to fix my car!!!!! FOUR WEEKS!!
They never called me to give an update, never called back when I called them, were rude to my wife and myself when we asked for the car after THREE WEEKS.
Did I mention THEY LIE? I caught this yahoo in several obviously stupid lies. THAT might be a bigger reason FOR YOU NOT TO GO THERE, than the FOUR WEEKS.
This man insulted me with his total lack of customer service, his assumption that we are all idiots, and his stupid lies.
I am only posting this to warn others of the misfortune that will befall, if you use this poor excuse for a service company.
