The worst!:
Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Shipped a Steinway C without the music rack and was missing parts to the pedal lyre. No follow through, no return calls. Nothing.
I'd never recommend David Andersen pianos for ANYTHING! Simply the worst experience I've ever had.
