Absolutely the WORST customer service. Their prices are TOO good to be true for a reason...... No rebates if THEY do not get your order correct, no refunds IF you do not receive your order in a timely manner and the excuses that they come up with are genius! Whatever you do, go somewhere else!!! DO NOT USE DAVIDSON'S DISCOUNT FIREARMS!! (It's been 5 months, and we still have not gotten our order)

Do not waste your time or money with these scam artists!!! I like Donald, bought a lower receiver almost 7 months ago and EVERY SINGLE time I call the manager (John) is not available or cant be reached!!!! They have the hands down worst customer service I have ever seen! I have filed two complaints now with the BBB and they have yet to resolve my issue. If you do not believe me check out the BBB website, it should be updated with my complaint as of this week after DD firearms refused to respond back to them. They try every excuse with you and have wasted almost 7 months and over three hundred dollars with still no product or refund. Trust me, this is the South there are plenty of other places with good service, good prices, and who are not trying to screw the customer when it comes to gun products, SHOP ELSEWHERE!

I WILL NEVER do business with this company ever again! They will not deliver your order in a timely fashion and they routinely substitute your purchase with inferior products, if they deliver them AT ALL. My son has been waiting on a weapon that he prepaid for since January and they have delivered excuse after excuse on why it has not been manufactured yet, machines breaking down, parts on back order, etc. After many calls to the shop, they finally shipped a lower after 2 months and it was a very low end substitute of what he had ordered. He refused to accept it and after threatening to call AG's consumer complaint division, they told him that he authorized the shipment of the inferior lower! Great experience here. Stock is limited, but if they don't have what you want they can order it. Very helpful staff and no pressure to buy. Plus, they reload ammo....cheap!
