SUPERB Contractor:
I have dealt with Mark Dement of DaVinci Development & Construction on more than one occasion. He has done my mother's roof out in Friendswood dealing with Texas Windstorm for inspections, and passed of course, to renovations/remodels with my work as I am a Realtor. He is extremely professional, customer service is key, and very detailed orientated. Mark makes sure that all his clients understand every step that goes into a project in order to make sure all steps are checked off. He sees things that most contractors do not see, or miss while doing field tests/measurements that make the proposal/agreements super clear. He is also an Insurance Claims Consultant/Contractor, a General Contractor, does all Exterior and Interior, Outdoor Kitchens, and a Builder and prefers to build energy efficient with S.I.P.'s just like the Beach House that was on Extreme Makeover Home Edition in Kemah, TX (aired Easter of 2010), Mark was a part of that project and has photos to prove it. I hope this man gets the dreams and growth he aspires for. He truly has a servants heart and wants to see every client smile and be at ease knowing that they are truly taken care of. If you ever see this Mark, thank you for being who you are and different from a lot of other contractors out there.
