Sold us Damaged Couch and Did not receive Mattress Top:
Do not shop there. They do not make customers happy and they have been lying to us. I have filed 7 complaints, filed a report with my local Police Department and shared the information with fellow moms in the Mom's Clubs of NJ.
We ordered a sleeper sofa couch with an additional memory foam top mattress in the store on 6/6/2017 and paid cash. After a long delay, and calling to the store, we finally picked up the sleeper sofa with our own vehicle on June 24th. When we got home and were ready to move it into the house, we unwrapped all of the plastic wrap all around it. We started to lift up to carry it in, but the bottom part, the metal frame to the sleeper, began to fall out on the right side of the couch. We immediately had to place it back down on the ground. We also noticed wearing on one side of the arm of it. We immediately called the store. We were told there was no return policy and they would get back to us. After several days, more phone calls, and after a few days, they told us that replacement parts would be ordered and a technician would come to fix it. On June 30th, somehow the replacement parts were delivered to a different home address in Wayne, which was very odd. After arguing, calling UPS, calling back the store several times, we had to go to a strangers house to pick up our replacement parts. The store told us the technician would come July 3rd to repair the couch, which he did. The arm was reupholstered not adequately and the metal frame did not seem to be correctly repaired. It seems like it will fall apart again. As of today, we are still being told different stories about the delivery of the memory foam mattress top that we paid additional for. Every day we call, and everyday they tell us a different story. They are not helpful and the conversations with them are very alarming. I called the local police department on June 30th to find out how the police could assist us, but I decided to give the store some more time to rectify the issues with us. As of today, they are still giving us a hassle about the broken and not received product that we paid cash for. So, tomorrow, I will be filing a complaint with my local police department. We are not satisfied. Read all of my complaints I have filed with agencies such as the BBB and Consumer Affairs, as well as Mom's Clubs of NJ.

Buyer Beware:
I ordered a sectional sofa and dining room set for a little over $2000. Delivery was $129. The delivery was late. I was promised delivery on Thursday and the delivery wasnt made until Saturday. I had to pay an additional $150 to have the sofa disassemble to be brought into my house. I noticed the sofa didnt look like the same sofa we ordered in the catalog. They sent me the wrong sofa. I called the store manager to advice him of the incorrect order and he basically implied that it was my fault for not noticing the error sooner. No empathy, no apology for ordering the wrong set but instead I was blamed for their mistake. Ray the Supervisor later stated that I would be responsible for paying $150 to have the sofa disassemble again and another $150 to have the new sofa disassembled. Ray made no attempt to take any accountability or ownership of this issue. After an escalated argument he agreed to throw in a rug worth $140. This doesnt compensate for the $300 I have to spend to get this error correct not to mention the additional week I will be without the furniture I ordered. This place is unprofessional to say the least. I do not recommend anyone getting any furniture from this place. Resist the temptation of being economical and buy your furniture from a reputable place thats not out to rob customers. Apparently the shipping guys, the store, and the individual who disassembles the furniture are all working together. They claim they are not associated with each other but all know each other and do business together. DO NOT SHOP HERE! FB FRIENDS AND FAMILY YOU WERE WARNED!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

dishonest dealer:
I was in the process of buying lots of furniture and I found D&D Price Buster Furniture and Mattress Warehouse in 1 US-46, Totowa, NJ the other day. After looking at the catalogs, I liked some bedroom sets. A week later I came back and placed the order for 2 bedroom sets and paid a deposit of $100. A couple of days later, by chance I found that the manufacturer I ordered furniture of was sold. So I called the manufacturer and ask them whether the items I wanted to buy are still available. The manufacturer said those items were discontinued and not available any more. So I went back to D&D Price Buster Furniture and told them what I found out and wanted to cancel the order and get my deposit back. But the assistant store manager told me they can still place the order and what the manufacturer said may not be true since I am not their customer. In the end I still insisted that the order be canceled and my deposit be refunded since I’m not comfortable with the status of the manufacturer. The store owner said a check with be mailed to me in 2 weeks. I waited for the check for 3 weeks but nothing came. I called the store and a store manager said wait for one more week and if still not received then they’ll issue another one and mail to me. I came back to the store again to have the check re-issued. Again I have to wait for 2 weeks for a check to be issued. Another 3 weeks passed and still nothing came. I have no problem with any of my other mails and it is within NJ, the same state, just 30 miles away. It doesn't make sense for a mail to take that long to be delivered. I called the store again asking to pick up a replacement check. The store manager said he’ll speak to the owner and let me know the following Tuesday. I called the following Tuesday but he didn't come and nobody else was willing to help me with it. So I have to wait another 3 days to call him again. He said they will not give me a check but rather a store credit of the deposit amount. I said this is not reasonable. Failing to deliver is not my fault so the previous decision of a refund check shouldn't be changed. Then the manager said he will speak to the owner again and ask me to call him another 3 days later. 3 days later I called again, the store manager told me that the refund was never issued. Now I do not feel comfortable with D&D at all and seriously double the store's credit. They smile and said Yes to your face, made you wait for months and then tell you No, too bad.
