I asked for hair color in black. The woman who colored it was so rough w/ my hair, and I'm not tender-headed. She flicked my hair hard enough that large strands hit me in the eyes/mouth, & I had color spots all over my face. She tried to fix it by rubbing Vaseline (A LOT of Vaseline) all over my face, ears & neck. I told her I didn't like the Vaseline because I have sensitive skin, but she still used it since she had nothing else. She said it would be fine on my skin, like she was an expert. She even got color on herself! I wiped my face and got color on my hands. After she rinsed it I still had Vaseline and dye in my ears and neck. Then I saw she got color on my jacket! To 'fix', she sprayed hair spray on my jacket and claimed it would go away. Terrible job drying my hair- tangled and not even styled. She blamed it on my hair type- which I thought was funny because I'm asian and so was she. She should be familiar w/ asian hair, right? She tried to charge me $95 (and that was with her "discount"). Angry- I told her no deal. This isn't the first time I've colored my hair. Worst experience, ever.
