Editorial Reviews

Come for the "constantly updated", "over-the-top" microbrew selection and stay for the "quality", "wonderfully priced" Eclectic grub ("or vice versa") at this "small", "convivial" Allston bar with a "not-to-be-missed" summertime patio; sure, it gets "packed", but "if you can wade through the hipsters", it's an "enjoyable" time.

Takes name from Dallas neighborhood renowned as hotbed of culture, art and music. Brings that eclectic aesthetic to casual bar room. Craft beer and class cocktails are primo here. Twenty something Allstonites explore deep and broad beer list – 22 drafts and 100 bottles. Loud rock, hip, but highly knowledgeable bartenders, and “home-style cookin” make this a step above neighborhood’s dive options.
