I moved to the complex in July of 2012... And I'm not a happy person! First, they fired the manager and the new manager named Iris, shouldn't have this position. During the months of December and January, I kept hearing something crawling in the ceiling every morning about 3-6am. At first, I couldn't tell what it was but I knew it wasn't a small animal do to the loud bumping noise. One night my husband was leaving around 9pm, and heard a unfamiliar sound and when he looked up, there it was, a RATCOON the size of 2 cats! It made a hole into the roof and would gain entrance into my attic.. That same night, he found out how the RATCOON was getting on top on the roof by climbing a tree! Well that big Ratcoon had company because they're 2 of them! I called and reported what was seen! The new manager stated she would take care of it. 3 days past, no info, and Ratcoons are still in the ceiling every morning! I called again, she stated the complex had a BUDGET and she would need permission to purchase a ladder for someone to repair the hole! I asked what about hiring pest control to capture these things?? She told me she needed permission. A week and a half later I was fed up, and I didn't want to walk into my apartment with my 2 small kids, and find out a rodent is now inside my apt. I called and threaten to call corporate (Tarrantino Properties), that same day, pest control came out! Next issue:one feb. 2 (sat. night)I purchased 2 money orders, one for 865, rent and 47 for water bill and put them in the night drop box. Over that weekend some broke into the leasing ofc and stole tenants money orders and checks! My 2 were cashed that same Monday I was notified! I tried stopping payment w/western union but That's a different story bcuz u will never talk to an American! I provided all documents supporting my claim and the fraud dept to this manager Iris! Just yesterday, she put a note on my door stating I'm still responsible for paying rent again, and if not paid, she will file an eviction! I told her, if the money orders had been stolen from me, in responsible , those money orders were in there property and I'm not responsible. I talked to another tenant that's lived there for 7 years, and she stated this happen in October also! Anyways, I'm prepared for whatever happens! I honestly think this was an inside job, but we will leave it up to a judge. This is not a place to call home! It was ok at first, now it's getting out of hand especially with strange ppl walking all night long thru the complex! I can't wait to move
