Hi, thanks for reading this rebuttal. Marc was given transportation to/from PHL in December 2007 but never made us aware of any issue w/ his driver after his service. There was a small billing discrepancy regarding an online promotion for which he thought he registered however when he brought that to our attention, we PROMPTLY issued the requested credit. We here at DES have 26 years of experience delivering quality customer service to the people of the Delaware Valley region. We wouldn't still be at the top of our game if we didn't treat each customer like a member of our own family.

I use this shuttle service for business purposes however the 2 times I used them for personal reasons I had a bad experience. The first time they only had 1 seat left for me and my wife and as a consequence they had to call in another shuttle which had to drive like crazy to get us on time in the airport. It was a really scary experience. My wife and I thought we were going to be in a traffic accident. I guess the good news is, we got there on time but it was a hell of a ride. The second time is when they promised a $5.00 discount for a shuttle service as of 2 people. They published a wrong base rate online and admitted that on the phone but they were not willing to give me the $5.00 discount against that incorrectly published base rate. The way I look at it is that they made a mistake and they should honor the published rate.
I do not recommend this shuttle service.
