Downstairs at Dempsey's Brass Rail is Spokane's most popular gay bar and restaurant; upstairs it's a dance club popular with the local college crowd, both gay and straight. There's a cover on weekends after 9 and dancing until 2 am, a daily happy hour, and karaoke Monday and Wednesday nights.
