The owner of Denmark, Richard Ramirez, is a bad man. He has takes money from people and does not do the work. He starts off really nice but once money changes hands he turns nasty. His work is 2nd rate if you are lucky enough to even get him to do any work. He does not follow the approved drawings to the letter. He is always doing something wrong on the job and then blaming someone else for the issue. If the city ever were to check his footings(concrete) they would not approve the permit, for he likes to not do them properly and according to code. If anyone is thinking of using this guy for their construction needs I would HIGHLY, EXTREMELY recommend against it.
