My daughter has been a patient here for almost 2 years and had never had a cavity. My daughters last check up the doctor say so she will need a root canal which I was confused because she had an x-ray a few months prior and didn’t even have a cavity . so children’s dental says if I would like I can get a second opinion which I did get one and I brang my daughters x-rays taken at children’s fun zone well the new dentist said oh she defiantly had a cavity in the 1st x-ray he said that the dentist at children’s fun zone must of overlooked it that’s why it’s a root canal now. When I called back to children’s fun zone they asked what the other dentist said so I told them and within a few hours I received an email discharging my daughter from her practice. And her “REASON” being was because she didn’t feel a patient doctor connection!!!! Can you say malpractice… It’s weird because that’s not a doctors job to have a connection there job is to treat patients AND IF CONNECTION WERE THE CASE my daughter would of be discharged after her 1st visit not almost 2 years later a few hours after she found out she made a mistake on an x-ray reading
