Horrible experence!:
I will NEVER go back to this dentist! It started out with me complaining of wisdom teeth pain. So they were talking to me about getting them extracted and how with the insurance I had, I needed to be in a lot of pain. I told them yes this is accurate I am in a lot of pain. I also explained to them that I did not feel comfortable getting my teeth pulled unless I was knocked out. So some time went by and they tell me I am able to go through with the extraction. I arrived at their office to learn that I would not be knocked out nor are they able to use any gas at all, just numbing me. I told them this is not what I agreed to but I will give it a try. The Dentist numbs me up and proceeds to extract my teeth. He is getting mad at me and telling me I am not relaxing and I am making it impossible for him. After he shatters one tooth HE ends the procedure. I told him I am sorry I just cannot open my mouth as far as you are asking me to due to great pain in my jaw. He instantly disagreed with me and told me no it is because you are not relaxing, you have too much anxiety and I will send you somewhere else. So I left with a broken tooth, spitting up blood and tooth for the rest of the day. I was in great pain for weeks. Then, to my surprise I learn that this procedure was DENIED by my insurance! Because the dentist who did my exams wrote down in my file that I had very minimum pain in my wisdom teeth. So now, I cannot continue with the procedure he started. I am so mad and upset. Eating is painful still 6 months later. That dentist should not be in practice and the office should get in trouble for LYING! I was also told by my sister that a dentist here got incredibly frustrated with my 10 yr old nephew and he pulled the wrong tooth and blamed my nephew for not cooperating. Gesh!
