I went in thinking I was going to get great dentures and my teeth would be just great. thats how they made it sound to me. During surgery the girl assisting the dr was talking about other patients and their problems. I could hear her in the back when she said she was going to adjust my dentures. Just complaining baout me and how I was ":p@!%!*g" her off because I said I could feel the pain and it was pinching me. SHe said she wasn't going to adjust anymore and to give them a try. How could I if they were hurting? I understand I was numb on the bottom, but I was not numb on top and was getting a new upper denture. I heard her saying," I wish this patient wouldn't act like such a Pu*** and "not be a crybaby." Service was not great and I felt disrespected and was not satisfied. Manager tried to explain to me as well, but didn't make it any better and was irritated that I wanted a new denture that fit well and was funtional. I couldn't even eat with those. I got a new denture and it was better, but the service is horrible.
