Not dependable. Not concerned. Not even "I'm sorry" we didn't have your coat ready despite your leaving on a 2 week trip. Despite your request. Despite the fact that we promised we'd have it yesterday. Manager didn't bother looking up to say hello when I entered nor did she apologize when they neglected to do the job they promised. Really bad customer service. Now - no coat for my trip. Dependable - i don't' think so.
