I went to pick up my first item I've ever left here today, and had planned on leaving a bag full of shoes and clutches. They misplaced one of my shoes, so I put my stuff back in my bag, and said that I didn't feel comfortable leaving more items until they located my shoe. The old man helping me started yelling at me to get out. About 10 min later I received a phone call from the son, apologizing for his father and telling me that they found my shoe. When I came back an hour later, the old man started yelling at me right away and told me to not come back. His son was laughing at his father and didn't apologize once. Don't worry old man, I won't come back and neither will my friends or family. I went to Rettig Shoe Repair in Valley West Mall and they were MUCH friendlier. First and last time I have DSM Shoe and Luggage Repair fix something of mine.
