Failure to Provide Service that was Paid in Advance:
I left a voicemail on Mar 14 2014 asking for a piano appraisal. It was Apr 7 before I got a response (by phone) so that I can schedule the appraisal (Fri Apr 11). The gentlemen came, inspected the instrument, took photos, gave me a brief description of his process and promised me an appraisal document by e-mail, to be received by Monday (Apr 14). I paid $120 cash (he did not want a check or debit/credit card) and I gave him my e-mail address. So far, as of Apr 19 (five days beyond the day I expected to receive the appraisal documentation), nothing has arrived in my e-mailbox nor in my postal mailbox, I've received no phone calls with an explanation, no one answers at the business phone number, and there's been no response to any of the three voicemails I've left.
