Desiderio Italian American Grill

Desiderio is truly a “family affair” the restaurant is owned and operated by Rick Marrero and Victor Rodriguez, along with their wives, Karen and Julia. Desiderio is one of the only full service restaurants in the area that actually makes it’s own mozzarella. The menu is sprinkled with “guarded” family recipes from ricotta cheesecake to Grandma Joanie’s meatballs.
