Kitchen & bath:
We purchased our kitchen cabinets about 6 or 7 years ago from DCSI. We were very please with help we received in choosing the product, stiyle, color and layout of our cabinets. We received many compliments since then. We just recently purchased a bathroom vanity and wall to wall mirrowed medicine cabinets as well and were delighted with the way it turned out. I would not hesitate to recommend DCSI to all my friends and family. They were a delight to work with.

A fine company:
I have been around DCSI for many years. I found them to be very professional, courteous and giving fine detail to the finished product. I had 2 kitchens installed and consider them both beautiful and have recommended them to many friends and business aquaintances. I have read some of these other reviews and wonder why such a nasty tone. It seems to come from someone with a mission. I usually discard these types of reviews as sour grapes. How can someone like me and my friends be so happy and they be so sad?

We have been in business for ten years.
We had a perfect reputation for eight years.
We unintentionally suffered for two years.
We worked for no salary for two years (no scam) instead of quitting on our clients.
Everyone receives their purchases.
We recently restructured to protect our clients.
We allow them to pay the manufacturer directly.
The profit gets applied to the 2 remaining items delayed.
We omitted all other bills and overhead.
We omitted the causes of tens of thousands a year in mistakes, and poorly used time and communication.
Michelle is now measuring and ordering everything herself.
We still have thousands of satisfied and repeat customers, as well as referrals purchasing.
Kevin has never been drugs and has a quarter century of proof. He is just skinny and energetic.
Mr. Sarlo's contract was completed and is beautiful.
The other three reviews (three bad in thousands of good) may all be the same person with fake names, a competitor, someone trying to take advantage of us, or a client who was delayed last year. Regardless, the risk has been eliminated. If you have any questions, please call. There is no one around who can measure, design, and price as well as us.
