Desnuda Restaurant Review:
Owned by the same team that mans the Bourgeois Pig down the street (in fact, it’s where the original Bourgeois Pig was located), Desnuda is a small ceviche bar that also features a fine selection of wines from around the globe (with an emphasis on Spanish varietals, of course). However, if you want much more to eat beyond raw fish marinated in citrus or the occasional oyster, you’re out of luck...
This "winebar & cevicheria" has such inventive Latin food—"smoked oyster shooters" for one, and tuna in a sweet soy glazing for another—that it's simply a degradation to describe with mere words when you could just experience it yourself!
