Owned by the same team that mans the Bourgeois Pig down the street (in fact, it’s where the original Bourgeois Pig was located), Desnuda is a small ceviche bar that also features a fine selection of wines from around the globe (with an emphasis on Spanish varietals, of course). This "winebar & cevicheria" has such inventive Latin food—"smoked oyster shooters" for one, and tuna in a sweet soy glazing for another—that it's simply a degradation to describe with mere words when you could just experience it yourself!
