I have had problems with this company for almost 3 years now. I have called and told them that the house that they keep sending bills to no one lives there and they keep estimating these bills that they send. There is no water going threw the pipes because I turned the water off. How can you estimate a bill when nothing is being used? They keep sending bill after bill and I am not going to pay these bills because you can not estimate a bill if there is nothing being used. I can’t understand why they can’t get it through there thick heads THAT THERE IS NO WATER BEING USED AND YOU CAN NOT ESTIMATE A BILL WHEN NO ONE IS USING THE WATER.
So the rating on them is about a 1 because I have been dealing with this like I said
