If I could give 0 stars I would, but that is not an option. Very disappointed with their customer service. The bulk of the issue rates to the fact that they over promised and under delivered. You will not get what you expect and what is worse is that they will not fix any issues. They will cease all communication if you have any complaints. Customer service is about making the customer happy when something goes wrong. They don't seem to know this. In dealing with Dex By Terra the onus was on us to make sure their designer and their project manger were communicating. In fact, Im not sure they ever met each other before. The entire project was rushed and key personnel went on vacation in the midst of construction. It would be one thing if our problems were solely aesthetic, however, our greatest disappointment stems from the fact that they did not care enough to come back to rectify what we believe are safety issues. Happy to provide details for anyone interested in using this awful company. Do not use this company. They do not stand by their work.

If you expect a company you hire to be on site when they say they are going to and work a full day, you will be extremely frustrated with Dex by Terra. "Our schedule is very fluid", translation, we'll tell you we are coming, and maybe we'll stop by for a while, maybe we won't.
