They did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets, were on time, and the price was reasonable. All the stains came out and there was no extra charge for the stains, which has happened to me several times before. Our carpets now look like new again and superbly clean! Great job!

They arrived on time and did a great job deep cleaning my carpets. Plus, there were no trace of any scent or smell. And the carpets dried fast - in 3hrs maybe. I will definitely use Diamond Carpet Specialists again in the future!
