Broken promises and wouldn't even return multiple phone calls.

I purchase a truck flatbed and had them install it with extras, a underbody tool box. When I arrived to pick my truck up I was told my fuel gauge did not work and the tool box would not fit. They said they would order a custom box and install it in 2 weeks. I told them all of my gauges worked when I brought it in.. 2 young teens standing there started crawling around under the truck and found the fuel tank sending wires had not been reconnected after Diamond K removed my stock truck box. The next working day I contacted them and I found a tool box that would fit and just send me a refund for the amount, they said no problem. I contacted 3 days later and asked if they had sent the check and they said "I will get it coming" I contacted 3 days later and asked about the check and noooooo response. I called later that day and got a big run around and after taking my info the gal said as she hung up "like that will happen". Still waiting on the check..............
