Diamond Nails

Very pleased with my manicure & pedicure today. I don't use nail salons because I always leave disappointed, knowing I can do a better job at home. I only went today to support my friend's daughter, and I left smiling.

I got to see one of the spas being disinfected, which made me feel really good. It wasn't just a rinse, like I've seen in the past, which is why I don't like getting pedicures in those places.

This is the 1st Vietnamese nail salon I have ever seen who employs people of different races. It felt so good to see about 5 different ethnic backgrounds represented among the employees. I talked with the owner afterwards to let her know how much I appreciated what she was doing. Didn't realize until I was done talking that she didn't understand English very well. LOL! She kept saying, "thank you," and told me about her other location, so I thought she understood. LOL! Oh well!
