Had my mower serviced this past summer and asked that a replacement gas cap be ordered at that time.
Been back 3 times since and was assured it would be ordered each time, gave my name, was told I would get a call. No call ever.
Went yesterday again; the consistent experience was a extremely clueless guy with dark hair. Not sure if this dude has inhaled to much lawn mower fumes or what. No Gas Cap. Had no idea what I was talking about and didn't ask any questions needed to order one.
What customer service ?
