Dicky Matos Roofing responded quickly to our inquiry, came back with a very reasonable quote which included per sheet pricing for any plywood that they came across that needed replacement, so no surprises. His price came in lowest, yet he was using quality material, included ice shield, zinc strips, all of the warrantees, he was fully insured, had all of the appropriate licenses and provided proof of all of this with his proposal. He and his crew showed up at 8:30 in the morning and by 12:30 he let us know the roof was done, they were just finishing up with the chimney flashing and would be cleaning up. They not only left our yard immaculate, but also cleaned up any litter that had blown into the neighbors yard. The roof looks great and we couldn't be happier. Definite recommend!
