Ripoffs!!!:
Stay away from this company, they are Ripoffs. They will do repairs on your appliance, claiming it is fixed, only to have to call them back because the repair they said was necessary didn't fix the appliance. Now they want you to spend more money on something else they say is wrong. Either they are totally incompetent or very sly. Don't bother trying to reason with the owner, he is the nastiest person I've ever come across. Wish I would have researched them before I called them because it seems that this is their usual business practice. Oh well live and learn, hope I can save someone else from the aggravation and waste of money spent with this company.

Beware!:
After 3 trip my dishwasher is now much worse off than it was before I ever called discount appliance repair!! The repairman was incompetent and the owner is even worse. I called after the third visit to tell them that not only was my dishwasher still leaking badly but now my door was broken and the owner (at least he said he was on the phone) started screaming at me! He wouldn't let me get a word in from the beginning of the conversation. After I asked him to stop yelling at me he said he would send someone out (for the 4th time) free of charge. Are you kidding me?!
I asked for a refund and he said "no way!". How do run a business this way!? Stay far away from these people!!!

Buyers Beware!!!:
I really feel like kicking myself in the head after working with Discount Appliance Repair for going against better judgement. I had originally been told by another repairing company that I was better off replacing my refrigerator. Despite that recommendation, I wanted to seek a second opinion and upon reference from a friend who lives in Bryan's neighborhood (owner of Discount Appliance Repair), I decided to get his opinion. Bryan told me that the reason my refrigerator wasn't working properly was that the water inlet valve needed to be replaced and it would be a simple fix. I was a bit wary because the other repair person had already checked it and didn't think that was the problem. By the time he was done repairing the bill was enormous and I was told that I should see a difference within a few hours. One day later, the fridge still wasn't reaching a cooling point and when I called him about it, he was very defensive and refused to honor the service warranty. When my husband, who's a lawyer by profession, called him to tell him about it, the owner became confrontational and aggressive. My husband decided to pay him a visit to see if they can settle the issue cordially without having to drag it out in court. The owner refunded the amount after much argument and asked my husband to never call him again. I wish I would have listened to the first repairman and replaced the refrigerator in the first place. I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this company. He also seems to have created duplicate business entries with different phone numbers. Yet a plain google search of the phone number locates the business in Toms River. Beware of the multiple entries for his business.
