I had my car windows broken by someone mean and ugly for no reason. It was a rainy day and my M45 Infiniti needed 3 windows. The needed two weeks to order and the price was out of this world. I called around for hours until I got a hold of Jim at Discount Auto Glass. He explained all of my options and told me he can have my car back the next day. Jim saved the day when he said will get the parts over nighted at no extra charge and will keep my car in the shop for the nigt, on top of all that he gave me his personal car for a loaner to use. Thank you Jim for great job and have a customer for life. Keep up the good work

Round (1) Called them for mobile service. They demanded cash. They showed up, replaced windshield (with no gloves on) with what looked to be a used windshield. Round (2) After the first rain it leaked like a sieve and soaked my floorboards so I called them on it. They told me to come out to the shop and they'd fix it. When I arrived the owner spent 10 minutes telling me why it wasn't their fault, that it was just a heavy rain that collected water under the hood and leaked. I told him to run a hose on the car and of course it started dripping inside the car. So he just squirted some more adhesive in there, taped it up and sent me on my way. It started leaking 2 miles down the road. Round (3) I returned the next day and said get it right or give me a refund, and at the least, refund money for mobile service IF you can fix it. I got more arguments and then he replaced the windshield, no reimbursement for the $53 mobile service and a moldy car.
