I have mixed feelings when Discount Cab is brought up. I am a cab driver and have been a cab customer for 8 years in the Phoenix area. Like most drivers I have heard my fare share of bad drivers complain about not making money and how horrible Discount is, the truth I feel is in the middle, I find most Discount Drivers I meet to be great people and good drivers, sure they have jerks as well just like all the other companies. I have found only one problem that frankly has kept me busy for years and thats there dispatch. When you are told 15-20 min for a cab and 3 hours pass you get p@!%!d off. Due to the number of cabs not everyone has had that problem however its a story I hear everyday as I gain a rider for for life. If you guys were to fix that problem you would be unstoppable , but until that happens small companies like mine with 10 cabs will only get stronger. Like most people I would rather be told its going to take an hour to get me a cab then hear 15-20 every 20 min for 3 hours. Thanks for all the help I couldn't have built such a strong company without you.
