hello i am a current tenant of distinctive properties in bakersfield,ca.:

i rented a townhouse from them 11/01/2010. i found things wrong with it like the dishwasher was supposed to be replaced and the heating is all screwed up,and the plumbing, and there's a leak in one of the bedrooms that is so bad it leaked for two days after it stopped raining!! i have told them this verbaly and in writing multiple times and yet nothing has been done!! NOTHING!this is making my utilities higher than they would be without these problems!Plus I'm paying for amenities that i can't use! i wish there was something i could get done about this. someone please help?? sincerely, Kelly V.
