I am a patient here and this outfit is very money hungry. When you sign up as a patient, they demand every insurance card you have. They also charged by over two hundred dollars for a medical report summary of my injuries that does not have either doctor's name nor signature and they knew that I was requesting this document for a legal case. I spent more than $500 at this facility with nothing to show for it. Caveat Emptor. Save your money
