Doug Coons installed a roof for me and within 7 months, it completely collapsed. He won't accept responsibility and when I asked him to fix it he said "it'll cost you". He doesn't have insurance (but he is willing to show you false documentation saying he does and then charge you an additional "insurance fee"). Please, if you care about yourself, don't ever consider using Doug Coons for anything related to construction because when its over, you'll wonder why you were ever stupid enough to trust him and it could adversely affect you self esteem.

Doug Coons does not conduct business in a professional manner. When he doesn't get his way, he resorts to intimidation and threats, this is no way to conduct business.
