Chef Andres Serrano is a master of authentic Spanish cuisine, even hosting a PBS show on traveling the country to cook and eat. Jaleo offers a full rage of tapas, from the simple and classic to the extravagantly nouveau. Also part of the Rockwell-deisgned space is the mini-restaurant, "e," which offers a super-special prix-fixe tating menu for foodies on a winning streak.
