Owner Alejandro came to my apartment and promised to fix my TV in 2 days. He took the motherboard of my tv and left the actual tube. That was almost 3 weeks ago and he is no where to be found. He is unreachable and is not answering his calls. Left countless messages and called many times and no answer. I would suggest to use another company which is more professional and keeps their promises...or at least keeps you up to date with a service. For now we are considering it a loss, but i still want my disfuntional tv part. Who knows if he plans on selling or reusing the parts.
