The Dog and Cat Clinic, was founded in 1940 by Dr. Robert Franks, a graduate of Texas A&M. He owned and operated the Dog & Cat Clinic until 1985 when it was purchased by the current owner/Veterinarian, Dr. Valri E. Brown, a 1982 graduate of Auburn University, Auburn Alabama.
