I would like to share our story in hopes that the dog we got goes to the right home, if that exists and in hopes that no one else gets hurt! I feel like the true temperament and personality of the dog that we adopted was not made serious to us before bringing the dog into our home. We adopted Ollie, and American Bulldog. She was great at the shelter and in our home for the first week. After the new wore off she snapped at me and then bit my husband in the forearm causing permanent scarring and trauma....I REALLY hope that this dog does not get mistakenly adopted to another family with children and adults that are not aggressive dog trained. With all this said she was held on a 10 day bit hold and is now up for adoption again with this shelter with no warning about her aggressive tendencies she has showed countless times not only in our home which was NOT chaotic at all and in the home prior to ours she snapped at a 9 year old! Please BEWARE!!!!!

Dogs by Debin is located in Kansas City, Missouri. We house & care for approximately 25-40 dogs at any given time. Our dogs arrive in our care in many ways; owner surrenders, strays & we pull from local high-intake shelters.
