High 'turnover' @ Dollar Tree?:
Lots of ads for Managers and Assistant Managers @ the Coeur d alene, Idaho Dollar Tree I had such a let down at. On the company's main websites it really sounded like they'd love to bring you on board but walking in and coming via a vis with Elaine the management level employee I had a rude awakening (literally so), No smile; no Thank You for stopping in; and no call back, despite the fact there's STILL a help wanted sign window side. I can only describe I was not wanted nor valued there even as a "person" much less possible worker & the disappointing occurrence needs to be aired if not directly reported. If a customer or job applicant is made to feel ersatz and unwelcome will they come back? Elaine did not portray herself as a compassionate, aware individual who would give that question or its answer any kind of priority. There's no shame in working at this franchise or any other bargain retail house but this Neider/Hwy. 95 location is in a noticeably downgraded, "dark" corner and corner of town. My spouse and I both try to get on to another discount store elsewhere.
