Does customer service matter anymore?:
On Sunday 3/12/11 My bofriend and I went to buy a few things from our local Dollar tree and after purchising them I checked my receipt and notice I was charged for a cell phone case that was not mine. We immediately went back into the same cashier who also was the acting manager at the time and asked for refund because this was a mistake. He said "Read the receipt NO REFUNDS!" He did not even offer at least an exchange for something else and continue to keep working and ignore us. We asked for his name and for the corporate offfice number. His name was MARIO. I was very dissaatisfied with his poor customer service skills as a manager . We have called the corporate office number 2-3 times and so far NO ONE has returned our call back after 1 week.
