Don Wood Plumbing Co Inc is TOTALLY INEPT!!!

This company totally BLOWS! They are extraordinarily INEPT!!! It took them a total of FIVE (5) service calls before they repaired my hot water heater. They 'REPAIRED' (and I use that term loosely!!!) a leak in my shower only to discover four months later that it was not repaired at all - resulting in drywall, baseboard and cabinet damage. Yet DON WOOD himself would accept NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER for damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
