Nicole and Brent Baer operate several companies all with this Indianapolis address of 7512 Madison Ave. This physical address has never been used by them and is owned by a State Farm agent that is related to Mr. Baer {fraud}. This company does not hold a general contractor’s license with the City of Indianapolis {fraud}.
The companies that they are known to have are: Visions Kitchen and Bath, Visions Design Group, and Firefighter's Handyman Services. Do not do business with any of them. They are only used to funnel money and avoid litigation and liabilities that the Baer's leave with their consumers {fraud}.
As a previous sub, I've seen too many clients receive liens because Baer has not paid them.
Do your homework with each of their companies. Check out all the lawsuits filed against these companies. Baer lies and manipulates throughout every facet of the process. He doesn't own any cabinet company and all his "employees" are sub and each can place liens (and will) when he doesn't pay them{fraud}.
