Done Best Cleaning

Remember when you were a kid and you couldn't go anywhere until your room was clean so you did the quickest , most minimal job? That is exactly what you will get with Done Best. I bought the Groupon for 2 people for 2hrs of cleaning. After showing up an hour late they were done within an hour. I found out why. Furniture not within reach was not dusted. Items on tables were dusted around. Just the front half of countertops were wiped. Corners were avoided in every room. Complaint to the owner put the onus on me -- I should have noticed everything before they left. I did notice a couple things and they corrected it before they left but really? Should the homeowner have to follow the cleaners around while they are cleaning? Requests for refund on the 2nd hour of cleaning that wasn't done have gone unanswered.

My wife purchased a Groupon deal for cleaning and scheduled a cleaning appointment. The day of the scheduled appointment no one showed at the scheduled time. My wife called 2 times that day and 2 times the next day to reschedule. She did not receive a call back yet. I would suggest to everybody not do business with this very unreliable company. I understand sometime events happen that make you late or unable to make an appointment. It is very unprofessional not to call and say your not coming and even more unprofessional to ignore multiple calls to reschedule. I would not let this company clean my house and I am asking Groupon for a refund!
