Anyone with Blue Cross Blue Shield BEWARE!!!
The people that work here are great. The owners and/or billing department are constantly screwing up. I've gotten numerous erroneous bills afterwards yet still get the friendly reminders that I need to set up a appointment. Smells like medical billing abuse. I am only required to pay $25 per family member copay and this company does things outside the norm to make sure you pay more without your knowledge.
Simply stated...DON'T GO!!!
